  • We will notify you when we are on our way and when the service is complete
  • A confirmation text and gate-closed photo (where applicable) are sent after each visit

3. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to provide the best service possible, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information including the correct address, contact info, and service details
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the service area on the scheduled date

  • Remove hazards, obstacles, or unsafe conditions where reasonably possible
  • For pet waste removal: notify us of any changes to dog count, new dogs, or yard access changes

We believe in flexibility. You may cancel any service subject to the following:

  • Recurring services (pet waste, lawn mowing, snow removal): Cancel anytime with 24 hours notice before your next scheduled visit or billing date, no charge
  • One-time services (yard cleanup, junk removal, gutter cleaning): Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for no charge

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, route changes, emergencies, or operational issues. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes when possible.

5. Recurring Services

For recurring services such as pet waste removal, lawn mowing, or monthly snow removal packages, service frequency, billing, and route timing may be adjusted based on season, weather, property condition, and operational requirements. Recurring service continues until cancelled by the customer or terminated by us in accordance with these terms.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept e-transfer, cash, and other payment methods as arranged. For monthly prepaid packages, payment is due at the start of each billing month.

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in suspended service or refusal of future bookings
  • Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice

7. Yard Access

For services that require yard access (pet waste removal, lawn mowing, yard cleanup), the customer agrees to provide safe access to the property. You do not need to be home during the visit. We will close and latch gates after every visit and send a confirmation photo.

ScoobyDoody Waste Busters is not responsible for dogs or other animals that escape through gates we did not open, or for pre-existing damage to gates, fences, or property.

Some services have specific limitations:

  • Gutter cleaning is available for single-storey homes only, we do not service 2-storey or multi-level homes
