Pet Waste Removal
What does a pet waste removal visit include?
We inspect the full yard before scooping, scoop all pet waste, securely bag it, and remove it from your property completely. After every visit: gate closed and latched, photo taken and sent to you, confirmation text sent. You don't need to be home, just ensure we have yard access.
My yard hasn't been cleaned in a long time, can you still help?
Absolutely. We start with a one-time Initial Yard Reset ($160) to fully clear out all accumulated waste. This is required before starting any recurring weekly or bi-weekly plan, it ensures your yard is properly reset so every future visit stays quick and thorough. Once the reset is done, we get you on a recurring schedule that keeps it that way.
Do you have pricing for multiple dogs?
Yes, pricing is tiered by number of dogs.
Weekly visits:- 1 dog - $20/visit
- 2 dogs - $30/visit
- 3+ dogs - $40/visit
Bi-weekly visits:- 1 dog - $35/visit
- 2 dogs - $45/visit

Lawn Mowing
What lawn mowing packages do you offer?
Recurring packages in 1, 3, or 6 month lengths, available weekly or bi-weekly.
Bi-weekly rates:- Small yard (townhomes, compact lots) - $45/visit

Longer packages save more: 3 months saves 6%, 6 months saves 10%. See the

Do you offer 12-month lawn mowing packages?
No, lawn mowing is a seasonal service in Brooks. Grass growth slows significantly through October and stops in November, so a 12-month package doesn't make sense for this area. Our maximum package length for lawn mowing is 6 months, covering the active growing season from approximately April to October. If you want to lock in the best rate, a 6-month package saves you 10%.
What does a lawn mowing visit include?
Every visit includes:
- Cutting the grass to an even height
- Trimming edges around fences, beds, and hard surfaces
- Blowing clippings off driveways, sidewalks, and patios
- Confirmation text sent after every visit
No need to be home - just make sure we have yard access.
Do you mow acreage or estate properties?
Yes, but acreage and estate properties require an on-site assessment before we can confirm pricing. Every large rural property is different, so we need to see it in person to give you an accurate quote. Text us at 403-502-1523 to set that up.

Snow Removal
What does a monthly snow package include?
Monthly packages give you unlimited visits for one flat rate - whether it snows twice or twenty times. Every visit includes snow clearing from all selected areas and ice melt applied to slippery surfaces.
- Basic (driveway only) - $120/month
- Standard (driveway + walkway) - $160/month
- Premium (full property) - $220/month
When should I book snow removal?
As early as possible - ideally September or October before the first snowfall. Pre-season spots in Brooks fill up quickly. Once we're full for the season, we can't take new snow customers. Don't wait until the first storm.
Do you offer per-visit snow removal?
Yes. Per-visit rates:
- Walkway only - $25
- Single driveway - $40
- Double driveway - $55
- Large driveway / corner lot - $70
Monthly packages offer better value if you expect more than 3–4 snowfall events per month.
Gutter Cleaning
Do you clean gutters on 2-storey homes?
No. For safety reasons, gutter cleaning is available for single-storey homes only. We do not service 2-storey or multi-level homes. If you're not sure whether your home qualifies, just reach out.
What is gutter cleaning pricing?
- Small home / bungalow - $150
- Average home (most Brooks homes) - $190
- Large home / corner lot - $220
- Downspout flush add-on - $10 per downspout or $30 for the whole house
Single-storey homes only. We recommend cleaning gutters in both spring and fall for best results.
Flower Bed Maintenance
What does flower bed maintenance include?
Every visit includes hand weeding throughout the bed, light trimming of overgrown plants and stems, and tidy edging along the bed borders. We keep your beds looking clean and presentable on a schedule that works for you, weekly, biweekly, or a one-time cleanup visit.
How much does flower bed maintenance cost?
- Small bed - $35/visit weekly · $45/visit biweekly · $80 one-time
- Average bed - $55/visit weekly · $75/visit biweekly · $120 one-time
- Large / elaborate bed - $75/visit weekly · $95/visit biweekly · $160 one-time
Have multiple beds on the same property? Contact us for a combined quote.
Do you plant flowers or just maintain existing beds?
We focus on maintenance, weeding, trimming, and edging to keep your existing beds healthy and tidy. We do not currently offer planting services. If you have existing garden beds you want kept up, that is exactly what we do.
How do I know what size my bed is?
Small beds are typically compact townhome or front-entry gardens. Average beds are standard residential garden beds along a fence or house. Large or elaborate beds are densely planted, sprawling, or require significantly more time. When in doubt, just describe your bed to us and we will give you a quote before committing to anything.
Shrub & Tree Removal
What is included in shrub and tree removal?
We cut the shrub or small tree down to ground level, then load and haul all the debris away from your property. You are left with a clean open space - no pile left behind. Root removal is not included; we cut to ground level only.
How much does shrub and tree removal cost?
Trimming:- Small shrub - $20
- Medium shrub - $35
- Small tree - $65
Removal (cut to ground + haul):- Small shrub - $45
- Medium shrub - $65
- Small tree - $90
A minimum service charge of $100 applies. Pricing confirmed before any work begins.
Can you remove large or mature trees?
We handle small trees and shrubs only. Large or mature trees require specialized equipment and certified arborists, which is outside what we offer. If you have a large tree that needs to come down, we recommend contacting a certified tree service in the area.
Do you remove the stump too?
We cut shrubs and small trees to ground level as part of the removal service. We do not dig out root systems or offer stump grinding - those require different equipment. If you need a stump ground down, we recommend contacting a certified tree service in the area.
Power Raking
What is power raking and why does my lawn need it?
Power raking uses a machine to pull out the layer of dead grass, moss, and thatch that builds up on your lawn over winter. That layer smothers new growth and prevents water and nutrients from reaching the roots. Removing it in early spring lets your lawn breathe, green up faster, and grow thicker through the season.
How much does power raking cost?
- Small yard (townhome or compact lot) - $70
- Average yard (standard residential) - $90
- Large yard (corner lot or wide lot) - $120
Debris is removed after raking. Pricing confirmed before we show up.
When is the best time to power rake?
Early spring is the ideal window, after the ground has thawed but before the new grass starts actively growing. In Brooks, that typically means April or early May depending on the year. Booking in advance is recommended since spring slots fill up quickly.
Do you remove the debris after power raking?
Yes. After we power rake your lawn, all the pulled-out thatch and dead grass is collected and removed from your property. You do not have to deal with the mess.
