No — you don't need to be home for most services. For pet waste removal and lawn mowing, as long as we have yard access, we handle everything and send you a gate-closed photo plus confirmation text when done. For junk removal, someone typically needs to be available to identify the items, but this can often be arranged in advance. For gutter cleaning, you don't need to be present.

We inspect the full yard before scooping, scoop all pet waste, securely bag it, and remove it from your property completely. After every visit: gate closed and latched, photo taken and sent to you, confirmation text sent. You don't need to be home — just ensure we have yard access.

Yes — tiered pricing for multiple dogs. Weekly: 1 dog $22 · 2 dogs $30 · 3+ dogs $40. Bi-weekly: 1 dog $35 · 2 dogs $45 · 3+ dogs $55. Monthly prepaid (weekly, 4 visits): 1 dog $88 · 2 dogs $120 · 3+ dogs $160/mo. No limit on the number of dogs' yards we'll clean.

Yes — optional Odor Control Enzyme Treatment add-on. After scooping we apply an enzyme-based deodorizer that breaks down odor at the source. Especially helpful in high-traffic areas or warm weather. Cost: +$12/visit for recurring, or +$25 for a one-time treatment.

We remove furniture, sofas, mattresses, appliances (fridges, stoves, washers, dryers), electronics, TVs, yard waste, branches, renovation debris, drywall, lumber, carpet, scrap metal, garage clutter, storage unit contents, and general household junk. We do not remove hazardous materials including motor oil, gasoline, paints, solvents, propane tanks, fire extinguishers, ammunition, asbestos, or medical waste. Customers must arrange licensed disposal for these items through the City of Brooks hazardous waste program or a certified handler.

As early as possible — ideally September or October before the first snowfall. Pre-season spots in Brooks fill up quickly. Once we're full for the season, we can't take new snow customers. Don't wait until the first storm.

No. For safety reasons, gutter cleaning is available for single-storey homes only. We do not service 2-storey or multi-level homes. If you're not sure whether your home qualifies, just reach out.
