We offer prepaid packages for both lawn mowing and pet waste removal. The longer the package you prepay, the lower your effective per-visit cost. That is it. No gimmicks, no fine print that changes the deal mid-season.
The discounts are built right into the package price. You pay once at the start, we show up on schedule every visit, and you never have to think about it again until your package renews.
Package discount tiers
1 month, full rate, no discount. 3 months, save 6%. 6 months, save 10%. 12 months (pet waste only), save 15%.
Pet Waste Removal Savings
Pet waste removal runs year-round, so you can lock in a 12-month package and get the maximum 15% discount. Here is what that looks like for a 1-dog household on weekly service.
At the standard weekly rate of $20 per visit, 52 visits over a year would cost $1,040 if you paid visit by visit. With the 12-month prepaid package, the total comes to $972. That is $68 saved just for paying upfront, and your effective rate drops to $18.70 per visit instead of $20.
For 2-dog households the savings are even bigger. Weekly visits at $30 per visit for 52 visits is $1,560 at full rate. The 12-month package brings that to $1,326, saving $234 over the year at $25.50 per visit effective.
If you have 3 or more dogs on weekly service, the 12-month package saves $312 compared to paying monthly, dropping from $2,080 to $1,768 over the year.
Not ready for 12 months?
A 6-month pet waste package saves 10% and a 3-month saves 6%. Even a 3-month prepay saves real money over rolling month-to-month visits.
Lawn Mowing Savings
Lawn mowing is seasonal in Brooks. Grass growth slows through October and stops in November, so we offer packages up to 6 months to match the actual mowing season. The 6-month package at 10% off is the best available rate for lawn mowing.
On a small yard with bi-weekly mowing at $45 per visit, the 6-month package covers 13 visits and saves $59 compared to the monthly rate. For an average yard at $65 per visit bi-weekly, the 6-month package covers 13 visits and saves $85. For a large yard at $85 per visit bi-weekly, the 6-month package saves $111 over the season.
If you mow weekly the savings scale up with the visit count. A small yard on weekly mowing for 6 months covers 26 visits and saves $99. An average yard on weekly mowing for 6 months saves $143. A large yard on weekly mowing for 6 months saves $187.
Best time to lock in a 6-month lawn package
Book in April when the season starts. You get the full growing season covered at the discounted rate without any gaps in service.
What happens if I cancel early?
You can cancel any time with 24 hours notice before your next scheduled visit. Unused visits are credited back to you. We do not keep money for services we have not delivered. The prepaid model works because it benefits both sides: you save on per-visit cost, and we can plan our routes efficiently. It is not a trap.
