Why we partnered with BAPS

At ScoobyDoody Waste Busters, animals are literally our business, and BAPS has been protecting the animals of Brooks and the County of Newell since 1995. Their mission to provide safe haven and care for neglected, abused, homeless, and surrendered companion animals aligns completely with our values. We fully support their vision of an educated and compassionate society in which every companion animal is cared for and loved. Partnering with BAPS was a natural fit, and we want to make sure our clients who adopt, register, or support BAPS are rewarded for it.

Who is BAPS?

The Brooks Animal Protection Society (BAPS) is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that has been serving Brooks, the County of Newell, and surrounding communities since 1995, previously known as the Brooks & District SPCA. In 2005 they were formally reorganized as BAPS, and their new facility was graciously donated by the City of Brooks. Today, BAPS remains a no-kill shelter, funded primarily through donations and run in large part by volunteers.

How to claim your discount: All discounts require proof or confirmation from BAPS (an adoption receipt, registration confirmation, intake receipt, or referral note). Simply email your proof to us, we'll verify and apply your discount before your first service. No proof, no discount, no exceptions. This keeps the program fair for everyone and ensures the donations flow properly to BAPS.
